About College

Goals and program
1. To assist students in attaining and understanding the principles of Chinese medicine and seeing the function of the paradigm in every day life.
2. To encourage academic excellence in staff and students alike.
3. To prepare students to meet all of the qualifying examinations and regulations concerning acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine as such regulations and licensing comes to force.
4. To prepare students to become responsible health care providers, and able practitioners.
5. To encourage the continuing studies of Chinese medicine and support ongoing research into its efficiency.

     After the students graduate, if they pass an exam from the CTCMA (College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncture of British Columbia) or Alberta Health and Wellness Health Professions Acupuncture Examination, To be licensed acupungturist.
     When student finished Chinses massage training and pass examination, the student will be licensed massage therapist.
      In Canada, licensed acupuncturist and licensed massage therapist can claim by most private insurance company, e.g.: Blue cross, Great west life, Menu life and so on.
